Objeto de la aplicación
SENTRY desarrolló SENTRY Control. La aplicación es provista por SoftGuard y se ofrece para su uso tal como está.
Este producto ha sido diseñado exclusivamente como una herramienta complementaria para sistemas de monitoreo remoto de alarmas. Si usted no ha contratado este servicio con su empresa de monitoreo de alarmas y no ha recibido instrucciones específicas para descargar esta aplicación en su teléfono celular, la aplicación no tendrá utilidad y no podrá cumplir su objetivo.
La finalidad de la aplicación es brindar las herramientas necesarias para generar alertas tempranas ante determinados eventos previamente configurados por los clientes, que son comunicados a terceros ajenos al desarrollador y titular de la aplicación.
Esta aclaración resulta esencial, ya que la aplicación funciona como una herramienta de vinculación entre el usuario y una persona física o jurídica que presta un servicio de monitoreo remoto de los eventos definidos y activados por el usuario. Si dicho servicio no existe, el evento no será recibido ni atendido y, por lo tanto, el usuario no podrá recibir asistencia a través de la aplicación.
La aplicación está destinada a ser descargada una sola vez y utilizada de manera permanente. La descarga se realiza directamente desde la tienda de aplicaciones correspondiente al sistema operativo del teléfono inteligente. Una vez descargada, el usuario tendrá acceso sin cargo a las actualizaciones y mejoras que se publiquen.
Limitación de responsabilidad
El desarrollador y titular de esta aplicación limita su responsabilidad exclusivamente al correcto funcionamiento de la aplicación.
No es responsable, directa ni indirectamente, por el funcionamiento de las conexiones utilizadas por el teléfono inteligente, incluyendo Internet, intranet, redes telefónicas u otros servicios de conectividad.
Asimismo, el desarrollador y titular de la aplicación no será responsable por acciones u omisiones atribuibles a la empresa de monitoreo remoto de alarmas elegida por el usuario o cliente.
La indicación de empresas compatibles con esta aplicación responde únicamente a que dichas empresas disponen de sistemas de gestión de eventos compatibles con sus funciones. Esto no debe interpretarse como una extensión de responsabilidad de dichas empresas respecto del desarrollador y titular de la aplicación.
Compatibilidad con empresas de monitoreo de eventos
Para que esta aplicación funcione correctamente, el usuario debe ser cliente de una central receptora de alarmas que utilice el sistema SoftGuard. Si no cuenta con dicho servicio, no debe descargar esta aplicación, ya que no funcionará ni cumplirá su finalidad.
Acceso a su ubicación
Esta aplicación de seguridad puede acceder a la ubicación del dispositivo siempre que el usuario otorgue los permisos correspondientes.
Si el usuario habilita esta función, la aplicación podrá obtener la ubicación del dispositivo cuando se encuentre abierta, en segundo plano o cerrada, de acuerdo con las capacidades y permisos otorgados por el sistema operativo.
Esta función permite que la central receptora de alarmas pueda asistir al usuario cuando lo necesite. Al enviar un evento de emergencia, la ubicación del usuario podrá ser transmitida para que el proveedor del servicio de seguridad pueda localizarlo y brindar la asistencia correspondiente.
Al enviar un evento, el usuario puede visualizar la ubicación enviada al centro de monitoreo.
Recopilación y uso de la información
Si el usuario decide utilizar la aplicación, acepta la recopilación y el uso de información conforme a esta Política de Privacidad.
La información personal recopilada por la central de alarmas se utiliza para brindar y mejorar el servicio. La información no será utilizada ni compartida con terceros, excepto en los casos descriptos en esta Política de Privacidad.
Los términos utilizados en esta Política de Privacidad tienen el mismo significado que en los Términos y Condiciones accesibles desde la aplicación, salvo que se definan de otra manera en este documento.
Para brindar una mejor experiencia, durante el uso del servicio podrá solicitarse determinada información de identificación personal, por ejemplo, nombre y número de teléfono. La información solicitada será conservada por la central de alarmas y utilizada de acuerdo con esta Política de Privacidad.
Seguridad
Nos comprometemos a mantener segura la información de los usuarios. Utilizamos sistemas de seguridad y los actualizamos periódicamente con el objetivo de evitar accesos no autorizados.
Cambios en esta Política de Privacidad

Purpose of the Application
SENTRY built SENTRY Control. The application is provided by SoftGuard and is intended for use as is.
This product has been designed exclusively as a complementary tool for remote alarm monitoring systems. If you have not contracted this service from your alarm monitoring company and have not been specifically instructed to download this application on your mobile phone, the application will not be useful and will not fulfill its intended purpose.
The purpose of the application is to provide the tools required to generate early alerts in response to specific events previously configured by clients. These alerts are sent to third parties unrelated to the developer and owner of this application.
This statement is essential because the application acts as a tool that links the user with a natural or legal person providing a remote monitoring service for events defined and activated by the user. If such a service does not exist, the event will not be received or handled and the user will therefore not receive assistance through the application.
The application is intended to be downloaded once and used on an ongoing basis. Users download it directly from the application store corresponding to the smartphone operating system. Once downloaded, users are granted access to future improvements and updates free of charge.
Limitation of Liability
The developer and owner of this application limits its responsibility exclusively to the proper operation of the application.
The developer and owner is not directly or indirectly responsible for the operation of the connections used by the smartphone, including Internet, intranet, telephone systems, or other connectivity services.
Likewise, the developer and owner of this application is not responsible for any actions or omissions attributable to the remote alarm monitoring company selected by the user or client.
Any reference to companies compatible with this application is made solely because those companies use event management systems compatible with its functions. This must not be interpreted as an extension of responsibility of such companies with respect to the developer and owner of the application.
Compatibility with Event Monitoring Companies
For this application to work properly, the user must be a customer of an alarm receiving center that uses the SoftGuard system. If you do not have this service, you should not download this application because it will not work or fulfill its intended purpose.
Access to Your Location
This security application may access the device location when the user grants the corresponding location permissions.
If the user enables this function, the application may obtain the device location while the application is open, running in the background, or closed, subject to the capabilities and permissions provided by the operating system.
This function allows the alarm receiving center to assist the user when needed. When the user sends an emergency event, the user's location may be transmitted so that the security service provider can locate the user and provide the corresponding assistance.
When sending an event, the user can view the location sent to the monitoring center.
Information Collection and Use
If you choose to use the application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The personal information collected by the alarm receiving center is used to provide and improve the service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in the Terms and Conditions accessible through the application, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
For a better experience while using the service, we may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, for example your name and telephone number. The information requested will be retained by the alarm receiving center and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

We are committed to keeping your information secure. We use security systems and update them regularly in order to prevent unauthorized access.
